We have strived to make our licenses as transparent as possible. Here are the main provisions of all licenses that you should pay attention to:
By purchasing a product, you acquire a license to use these files for certain purposes under certain conditions. Ownership remains with the author or co-author of the product. You must comply with the terms of our license.
Rights and Obligations:
For any products intended for resale, you must not include our items as an additional attachment. This would be considered redistribution and is therefore prohibited by our license.
Items purchased may use images and product names of third parties. Intellectual property rights in these products (including registered trademarks) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by the product owners.
By accessing these assets, you agree to obtain all necessary permissions from the relevant copyright holders and/or adhere to any applicable brand guidelines before using them. Goods & Hands disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to these assets, including non-infringement of intellectual property rights.
Goods & Hands is not responsible for any results that may arise from using our resources.
We reserve the right to change prices and revise resource usage policies at any time.
You are not permitted to use our products to promote violence or in a discriminatory manner. For use in political campaigns, political messages, or any political party, you require our express permission.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may be caused by us or our goods under any circumstances. If, in a particular case, we are found to be in fact liable, our liability will never extend beyond a simple refund of the license fee.
If you violate this agreement, all your rights will immediately terminate, and you must stop using the products and remove them from your devices.
License for informational and educational purposes. Redistribution and resale are prohibited.
Our trial license is free and allows you to use products for testing, evaluation before purchasing a standard license, and comparison with other products. Trial-licensed products cannot be used in commercial or completed personal projects. If, after testing, the product suits you, purchase a standard license for use.
If you are an independent designer, design studio, brand agency, advertising agency, or similar, you can use product trials to pitch designs to your clients.
If you plan to become a co-author of someone else's collection, you can use trial versions of products to better understand the technical features of the product. If you have not yet been able to become an author on Goods & Hands, you can try to make your product modification for the downloaded product and use this result to submit an application to “Become an Author.”
You can modify products/solutions/key visuals as per your requirements and use them free of charge in any personal or educational projects that do not involve distribution, resale, rental, licensing, sublicensing, or any downloading of files to third parties.
Please note that once a work using any trial item is posted in any context, whether personal, commercial, or collaborative, you will be required to purchase a standard license.
You must not include downloaded products as an additional attachment to any created products, templates, services, or programs.
You cannot distribute downloaded works by exchanging links to the source files. Every time you want to do something like this, you must provide a link to the author/collection/product to avoid violating their copyright and the terms of our license.
You do not have the right to distribute, make available for free download, resell, rent, license, sublicense, or offer the downloaded file/link to third parties.
You cannot imitate/copy any styles/key visuals/elements/design of goods on Goods & Hands for sale on other sites/services if you are not the author of this product.
You cannot modify products and resell them outside of Goods & Hands.
You cannot use downloaded products/items to create new products and then sell them as your own product on Goods & Hands. Every time you do something like this, you must indicate the author of the collection or product to avoid violating their copyright and the terms of our license.
Downloaded products cannot be included in packages and assemblies for sale on other services and sites.
License for personal and commercial use. Redistribution and resale are prohibited.
You may use the purchased products in personal and commercial projects for yourself or your client without restrictions and without limitations on the number of copies. However, any resale or redistribution of the final product/source files is prohibited by this license.
If you are an independent designer, design studio, brand agency, advertising agency, or similar, you can use this license to address your own design challenges or those of your clients.
If you are an employee/owner of a startup, small company, large corporation, or similar, you can use this license to execute your design tasks and integrate all products into your design processes. You can also influence the development of the collection - after purchasing any product, you will have the opportunity to submit your design requests, and the authors/co-authors of the collection will fulfill them to the best of their ability.
You can modify products/solutions/key visuals to suit your requirements and use them free of charge in any personal or commercial projects that do not violate the terms of our licenses.
For any teams, the license is distributed without restrictions, provided that the rules of this license are not violated.
You may provide purchased/downloaded items to a third party, such as a printer, designer, or developer working on your behalf, provided that they agree to use the item only to perform work on your behalf. In this case, they are required to comply with this license agreement, which must also be included when sending files/archives to the relevant third party. Files/archives must be deleted from third-party devices after their obligations to you have ended. Under no circumstances may you provide files/archives to third parties.
You must not include purchased goods as an additional attachment to any created products, templates, services, or programs.
You cannot distribute purchased works by exchanging links to the source files. Every time you want to do something like this, you must provide a link to the author/collection/product to avoid violating their copyright and the terms of our license.
You do not have the right to distribute, resell, rent, license, sublicense, or offer contributor files to third parties.
You cannot imitate/copy products of co-authors outside your collection.
You cannot modify products and resell them outside of Goods & Hands.
You cannot use purchased products/items to create new products and then sell them as your own product. Every time you do something like this, you must indicate the author of the collection or product to avoid violating their copyright and the terms of our license.
Purchased goods cannot be included in packages and assemblies for sale on other services and sites.
Goods & Hands presents a license enabling creators to utilize images, styles, key visuals, and design elements from another creator to produce their own products or modifications. These can be linked to the original creator's collection, and any resale income will be shared among the creators. The resale of goods under the author's license is permitted exclusively within the author's collection on Goods & Hands.
Whenever a registered creator on Goods & Hands generates a new collection, they automatically become the author of that collection. Any creator contributing items or modifications to a collection where they are not the author becomes a co-author, and both the author and co-author are subject to the terms of the co-creator license. Authors have the right to decline adding their collection to the co-author program on Goods & Hands in the site settings, making it impossible to link products or modifications to such collections.
By meeting all the conditions under the co-author license, you gain the right to create, edit, and upload your product or modification to another creator's collection for subsequent resale under specific conditions. The intellectual property rights always remain with the author of the collection, and you act as a co-author.
In instances where a co-author uses the entire product or its elements from another creator, they are required to purchase a standard Goods & Hands license from the original author. A trial license is permissible until the co-author's product is available to third parties.
If you are a creator on Goods & Hands, you can link your products to any available collection. As a co-author, you must adhere to the common images, style solutions, and key visuals of the collection. The author of the collection retains the right to refuse placing a product in the main collection without providing a reason, resulting in the sale of your product with restrictions. The author may also offer recommendations for improving the product, but this does not guarantee inclusion in the main collection.
You must not include archives of co-authors as an additional attachment to any of your products.
You cannot distribute products of co-authors by exchanging links to source files.
You do not have the right to distribute, resell, rent, license, sublicense, or offer contributor files to third parties.
You cannot imitate/copy products of co-authors outside your collection.
While it is allowed to create stylistic solutions based on co-authors from your collections to improve the quality of the final product, direct imitation or copying is prohibited.
You cannot resell products of co-authors outside of Goods & Hands. Since the creator of the product is a co-creator, all of his products related to your collection must be sold only within that collection.
You do not have the right to use products/modifications of co-authors to create new collections of your own.
You cannot include products/modifications of co-authors in packages and assemblies for sale on other services and platforms.
You must not include the purchased archive as an additional attachment to any of your products/modifications.
You cannot distribute purchased goods by exchanging links to source files.
You have no right to distribute, resell, rent, license, sublicense, or offer the downloaded file to third parties.
You cannot imitate/copy purchased products outside the author’s collection.
While it is allowed to create stylistic solutions based on other products from the purchased collection, even if you did not buy them, to improve the quality of the final product, direct imitation or copying is prohibited.
You cannot resell created or modified versions of your products outside of Goods & Hands. Since only the author of the collection has copyright, all your products/modifications based on his decisions and key visuals should be sold only within the collection.
You do not have the right to use purchased/created goods and modifications to create new collections of your own.
Purchased/created goods and modifications cannot be included in packages and assemblies for sale on other services and sites.
You have the right to use the created goods/modifications for your personal and commercial projects, provided that it does not violate the copyright of the author of the collection and the terms of the Goods & Hands licenses.
By uploading your products/modifications, you automatically grant us consent to distribute your work for our marketing purposes, aiming to increase sales. This distribution may occur on social media, our website, in public appearances, for educational purposes, and in cover materials. Third parties, such as blogs, magazines, or publications, also have the same right. If you do not wish to grant us such permission, please email us at [email protected] within 10 days of posting.
